Meanwhile, the Executive Mansion has released the names of eleven nominees that have been confirmed by the Liberian Senate.
According to the Executive Mansion, the confirmed officials include Cllr. Jamesetta Howard-Wollokollie, Minister of Youth and Sports; Dr. Christopher Toe, Minister of Agriculture; the Rebook Human Rights laureate, Cllr. Samuel Kofi Woods II, Minister of Labor; and Human Rights Lawyer and political activist, Cllr. Tiawon S. Gongloe, Solicitor-General.
Also confirmed by the Senate at the Bureau of Immigration and Naturalization (BIN) are Christian C. Massaquoi, Commissioner; Abla Gadegbeku Williams, Deputy Commissioner for Naturalization and Joseph Kerkela, Deputy Commissioner for Administration.
Other confirmed nominees include Alfred Karlay, Deputy Director for Administration, Liberia National Police; Gayflor Y. Tarpeh, Deputy Director for Operations, Liberia National Police; Pete Norman, Deputy Minister for Commerce, and James D. Hallowanger, Deputy Director for Administration, Special Security Service (SSS).
