Overheating, Cable Failure Cited among Causes of Liberia's Executive Mansion Fire

The government of Liberia says electrical shock led to the fire incident at the Executive Mansion. The office of President Ellen Johnson Sirleaf and the cabinet room were badly damaged by the wild spread fire. President Sirleaf office is located on the fourth floor of the mansion. The incident happened during programs marking the 159 Independence celebration of Liberia.
