After 25 Years on Wall Street, Richard Tolbert Accepts Post in Ellen's Cabinet

Tolbert was reportedly being considered for the position of Finance Minister and Governor of the Central Bank of Liberia. FrontPageAfrica learned that Antoinette Sayeh has accepted the post of Finance Minister, making her the second woman to head that important ministry since Sirleaf. Sayeh, a 1979 graduate of Swarthmore College in Pennsylvania, is a Country Director at the World Bank with extensive experience working on financial, capacity building and economic development issues in developing countries including Togo and Niger.
