President Johnson-Sirleaf Taps NEC Chair Frances Johnson-Morris As Liberia’s New Justice Minister

Johnnie N. Lewis is Chief Justice; Frances Johnson-Morris is Justice Minster

Prof. Johnnie N. Lewis and Cllr. Frances Johnson-Morris have been nominated for Chief Justice and Minister of Justice, respectively. Professor Lewis is a former dean of the Louis Arthur Grimes School of Law (Univ. of Liberia) and Cllr. Morris is the current Chair of the Elections Commission.

Outgoing Justice Minister Janeh has been nominated as an associate justice of the Supreme Court.
