George Boley Arrested, Accused of Immigration Fraud Charges in U.S.

A former Liberian rebel leader and senior minister in Samuel Doe’s government has been arrested in the U.S. city Clarkson, New York.

According to the Rochester Democrat Chronicle, George Boley, 56, who once headed a Liberian political party — a group accused by some human rights activists of atrocities against civilians — was arrested Tuesday at his home on federal criminal immigration-related charges.
